We're a Watford studio that captures UK property and venues using Gaussian splats. Not a side project, not a generalist agency taking a punt on a new tool. This is what we do, full time, with the rig and pipeline to do it well.

Why we started
Property marketing in the UK got stuck. Listings still rely on the same photo sets agencies were producing fifteen years ago. The brave ones added a Matterport tour, then watched buyers click through it once and never come back. The sharp ones asked what came next.
Gaussian splatting did. The format renders rooms with the actual depth and light a camera saw, lets buyers walk around in a browser without an app, and looks closer to "being there" than anything that came before. By the time Zillow shipped splats inside their listings in 2025 we were already running the rig out of an industrial unit in Watford.
We built 360Perfect to give UK agencies the same edge the US is now taking for granted. One studio, one obsession, one capture format done well.

Most studios will tell you about their tech stack. We'd rather tell you the handful of things we won't compromise on, because that's where the difference shows up in your sales pipeline.

On-site, every time.
No unattended cameras, no offshore processing through a phone app. A two-person crew runs the capture so the brief gets read and the rooms get lit properly.

Embed in 24 hours.
The splat trains overnight. The branded viewer is built and tested the next morning. You get a working iframe link before the asking-price meeting, not after.

Branded for the agency, not us.
Your logo in the corner, your colour on the controls, your domain in the URL if you want it. The buyer is looking at your work, not ours.

No upsell ladder.
One quote, all-in. No 'premium hosting' fees, no surprise per-view costs, no upgrade tier that locks the file behind a subscription.

Source files belong to you.
If we shoot it, you own it. We hand over the splat data with the project so you've still got it if you ever change studio.
The rig
What we're shooting with.
Cinema-grade mirrorless bodies for interior capture, paired with a calibrated camera rig that lets the splat training resolve fine detail like skirting mouldings, fireplace surrounds and the grain on parquet floors.
A DJI Mavic 3 Pro for exteriors, gardens, plot context and roofline. Drone captures get a separate line item on the quote and add 30 minutes to the on-site time for a typical home.
Processing runs on a dedicated workstation in the studio, not a generic cloud queue, so a Sunday-evening capture is in your inbox by Monday lunchtime.
