FAQ
Everything we get asked, answered.
Grouped by what stage you're thinking about. If your question isn't here, email studio@360perfect.co.uk and we'll add it.
The capture
- How long does an on-site capture take?
- Around 90 minutes for a typical three-bed home. Larger properties or those with substantial gardens take 2.5 to 4 hours. We confirm the time at booking.
- Do you need the property empty?
- No. Furnished rooms work and often look better. We ask vendors to clear surface clutter and pet bowls so the capture reads as the property, not a moment in time.
- Will the vendor need to be there?
- Only to let us in and lock up. We do not need anyone present during the capture.
- What happens if the weather is bad on a drone shoot?
- We re-book at no cost. The Mavic does not fly in heavy rain or sustained winds above 26 mph.
- Can you capture occupied rentals?
- Yes. We need 48 hours notice to coordinate with tenants, and the vendor needs to confirm the visit per the tenancy agreement.
- Do you carry insurance?
- Public liability up to £2m, drone-specific cover, and full equipment cover. Certificates available on request.
The deliverable
- How is the tour delivered?
- Three things land in your inbox: a private viewer link, an iframe snippet you can paste into Rightmove, Zoopla or your own listing pages, and a zip of the source splat files.
- Can buyers walk room to room or is it set scenes?
- Free walk. The splat is one continuous space, not stitched panoramas. Buyers can drift across the whole capture in any direction.
- Will it run on phones?
- Yes. The viewer streams progressively and runs at 60fps on any device released since 2022. No app, no install.
- Can we embed on Rightmove?
- Yes. Rightmove and Zoopla both accept iframe-embedded virtual tours through their virtual tour URL field. We provide the snippet, you paste.
- Can we put our own brand on the viewer?
- Yes, on every tier. Logo in the corner, your accent colour on the controls, your CTA button on the contact prompt. White-label tier removes 360Perfect attribution entirely.
- How long does the file last?
- The hosted viewer stays live for 12 months. Source files are yours forever.
Pricing and payment
- How does volume pricing work?
- Listings one to three each month are at the single-capture rate. From listing four onwards the rate drops. Resets at the start of each calendar month per branch.
- Are there subscription fees?
- No. We do not charge per view, per month or per year for the hosted viewer inside its 12-month window.
- When are we invoiced?
- On delivery. Payment terms 14 days for single captures, 30 days net for volume and white-label accounts.
- Do you charge a cancellation fee?
- Cancellations more than 24 hours out are free. Inside 24 hours we charge 50 percent to cover the slot. Reschedules are free.
Tech and privacy
- Do you scan vendor possessions for a privacy review?
- Yes. Anything personal — photos on walls, post on the side, screens with content visible — is masked out during the polish pass before the viewer goes live.
- What about GDPR and the vendor's consent?
- We require written vendor consent at booking. Standard form available, takes two minutes.
- Where is the data hosted?
- EU-based object storage with a UK CDN. Source data is retained for two years post-delivery, then deleted unless you renew.
- Can you exclude specific rooms?
- Yes. Note them on the brief and we either skip them on capture or mask them in post.
