Six steps. Most of them happen without you having to do anything other than unlock a door. Here's exactly what we do, when, and what you get at each stage.

2–5 mins
Brief
Send the address, square footage, access notes and any deadline. We come back with a quote and a slot inside one working day. For agencies running more than three captures a month we put a standing booking pattern in place so you don't have to ask each time.

Day before
Site survey
A two-minute desk survey using floor plans and Street View to plan capture paths and lighting. For larger properties or anything heritage-listed, we add a brief vendor call to confirm what gets shown and what doesn't.

90 mins–4 hours
On-site capture
A two-person crew arrives with cinema-grade mirrorless bodies and the drone. Interior rooms first, garden if accessible, drone runs once the indoor work is wrapped. Vendor doesn't need to be present beyond letting us in and leaving.

Overnight
Processing
The capture data is uploaded to the studio workstation. Splat training runs unattended overnight. By morning we have the raw splat ready for the polish pass: removing shoot artefacts, masking out reflections of the crew, balancing exposure.

60–90 mins
Branded viewer
We assemble the splat into a private viewer with your agency's logo, accent colour and contact CTA. Includes thumbnail rooms for navigation, a summary panel for square footage and a contact-the-agent button that opens your usual lead form.

Same day
Delivery
We send a private link, an iframe snippet ready for Rightmove, Zoopla and your own site, plus the source splat files for your archive. If you flag a tweak in the same week, we revise it free.
Common questions
The bits agents always ask first.
- Do you need the property empty?
- No. Furnished rooms work. We just ask for clutter to be cleared from countertops and floors so the splat reads as the property, not the moment in time.
- How long does the file last?
- The hosted viewer stays live for 12 months as standard. Source files are yours forever, so you can re-host elsewhere if you ever change studio.
- Can buyers walk room to room or is it set scenes?
- Free walk. The splat is one continuous space, not stitched panoramas. Buyers can drift across the whole capture in any direction.
- Will it run on phones?
- Yes. The viewer streams progressively and runs at 60fps on any device released since 2022. No app, no install, no compatibility caveats to put in the listing copy.
