Pricing FAQ
The questions agents ask before signing off.
- How is volume pricing calculated?
- Listings one to three each month are charged at the single-capture rate. From listing four onwards the rate drops to the volume tier. Resets at the start of each calendar month per branch.
- Do you charge per view or per month for hosting?
- No. The hosted viewer is included for 12 months from delivery. After that you can renew, self-host using the source files, or take it down. There is no view-count limit.
- What happens if a property comes off the market?
- You keep the viewer and the source files. We do not invoice extra if the listing is withdrawn or sold quickly.
- Does the price include drone capture?
- Drone splats are a separate £195 line item. Most agencies add them to listings above £750k where the plot adds material value.
- Are there onboarding fees?
- No. The first capture is the first capture. We don't bill for set-up, account creation or branding work as a separate fee.
- Can we white-label the brand entirely?
- Yes, on the white-label tier the viewer carries no 360Perfect attribution. The buyer sees only your agency.
