Privacy notice
How we handle your data.

Who we are
360Perfect is a Watford-based studio capturing Gaussian splat virtual tours for UK property and hospitality businesses. The data controller for this website and our client work is 360Perfect Ltd.
What we collect from this website
The contact form on this site asks for your name, agency or company, email, phone (optional), and details about the work you'd like quoted. That data is sent to us by email through Web3forms, our form-handling provider. We use it to send you a quote and follow up once. Nothing else.
We don't track you across the web, we don't run third-party advertising pixels, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
Vendor consent for property captures
Splat captures of an occupied property require the vendor's written consent. We provide a standard consent form at booking. The consent covers what we capture, how the resulting tour can be used, and how long source data is retained.
Personal items visible during capture (post on the side, photographs on walls, screens with content visible) are masked out during the polish pass before the viewer goes live.
Where data is stored
Contact form messages are routed through Web3forms (web3forms.com) and delivered to the studio inbox. Web3forms holds the submission briefly before it reaches us; see their privacy policy. The studio inbox is held on UK-based mail infrastructure.
Splat source files are held on UK-based studio infrastructure and CDN, protected with appropriate access controls and encryption at rest. Source data is retained for two years post-delivery, then deleted unless the client renews. Lead emails are retained for two years from last contact.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email studio@360perfect.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
